Getting Started

Call your insurance company and file a claim. Let us know the claim number.

You do not have to have your claim number before you come in for an estimate.

Bring your car in and we'll write up an estimate and take photos of the damage. Once both are complete, we'll forward them to your insurance company.

Let your insurance company know you're bringing your car to Solis Collision Center.

Once all the information is in order, we'll get you on the schedule.

That's it, you're done. We'll take care of rest.

Process at the shop

Your insurance company and our shop will be in constant communication. Everything we do will be approved by your insurance first.

Keep in mind as we dismantle your car, there is always a chance we can find some hidden damages.

Do I have to take my car to their preferred direct repair shop?

No, you do not. You have the right to take your car to whichever body shop you'd like.

Everything will be exactly the same. From your deductible to coverage and everything in between, nothing is different.
